When DHL made the decision to take on UPS and Fedex in a big way, one of the strengths they wanted to stress was their ability to handle big shipments — like the kind that travel across the ocean on ships. Since this is a more complex sales proposition than popping an overnight letter in a drop box, DHL needed a very convincing sales presentation for their sales force. PowerPoint wouldn't work, because it's too difficult to customize by industry and country. So DHL came to Fitch who, in turn, came to Worker Bees. Together we assembled a Director-based presentation that allowed the sales force to mix, match, and reorder the presentation to suit any prospect.
