Worker Bees

Who Are We ?

We're a bunch of people who aren't too keen on the idea of trekking to a traditional office and then hoping the next client can take advantage of what we know. Rather, we work the other way around. When a client signs on, we assemble a team of experts who already know something about the client's industry. How do we do this? There's an amazing array of freelancers and independent contractors out there, and thanks to technology, it's easier than ever to collaborate, even if you aren't all under one roof.

The Head Drone: Larry Asher

Larry Asher Worker Bees was founded and is still headed by Larry Asher. He's a copywriter with a penchant for developing smart, clear strategies. Or perhaps he's a strategist who can write better-than-usual copy. Either way, he's made a name for himself by helping companies like Nike, the Washington Lottery, Kenworth, Regence BlueCross & BlueShield, and Shurgard Self Storage prosper.

The Other Bees

If you're looking for a staff list, we don't have one. As we said up above, we find and assign people according to the needs of our clients. That doesn't mean Worker Bees is an itinerant travelling show. In fact, some of the bees have served our clients for 15-plus years.

About The Name

It's a pretty simple idea. When you work with us, you'll have direct contact with the people doing the work. We believe intermediaries often get in the way, open the door to misinterpretation, and add expense. This isn't to say we don't bring highly qualified project managers into the fold. But there are no figureheads. No big cheeses. No messengers.

Worker Bees is less like an agency and more like an extension of our marketing department. They've earned the trust of people throughout our organization.
